Solution:

Stap 1: Open het accounts instellingen scherm van Outlook.



Stap 2: Kies 'Add -> Mail'



Stap 3: Vul de naam in die u als afzender bij uw e-mails wilt gebruiken.



Stap 4: Vul uw het e-mail adres in die u wilt toevoegen aan Outlook.



Stap 5: Vul bij zowel 'Incoming' als 'Outgoing' server 'mail.helderhosting.nl' in.



Stap 6: Vul nu bij Accountname het e-mail adres in wat u aan het toevoegen bent, en het bijbehorende wachtwoord dat u ingesteld heeft in het control-panel van uw site. Na deze stap bent u klaar met de weergegeven wizard.



Stap 7: Klik nu op het tabblad 'Mail' en selecteer het e-mail account dat u net heeft toegevoegd. Klik hierna op 'Properties'.



Stap 8: Klik nu op het tabblad Servers' en zet een vinkje bij 'My server requires authentication'. U kunt nu op OK klikken.
